Objectives and Prerequisites
 
This workshop is aimed at all doctors who are involved in the early assessment, resuscitation and management of acutely unwell patients.

The workshop will allow participants to gain an understanding of the anatomy and associated pathology important in the patient with:
1) haemopericardium
2) haemoperitoneum
3) abdominal aortic aneurysm

This workshop will provide participants with ample "hands on" training and will involve examining patient models.

Accredited towards Maintenance of Professional Standards points and Certification in Clinician Performed Ultrasound (CCPU with ASUM).
